About the Role
The Program Supervisor is a trained individual who provides clinical and case management
to behavior technicians and clients/families under the supervision of a Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The Program Supervisor provides midlevel supervision over
assigned cases.
Responsibilities
- Develop goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Assists with parent communications and parent trainings
- Develops of program stimuli
- Develops program binders (Learning Trees) & data sheets (Sessions) within Central Reach
- Trains Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
- Oversee the work of Behavior Technicians and conduct competency reviews for direct reports.
- Provide ongoing individual program oversight and attend supervision meetings with
- the Clinical Director.
- Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented and quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.
- Design, develop, and implement treatment plans across various service models (i.e., in-home, center-based, group therapy, and social skills training).
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
- Maintain quality service by enforcing organization standards and leading by example.
- Provide fair, constructive, and timely feedback towards performance and behavioral goals and expectations.
- Provide assistance, guidance, and coaching support as needed.
- Maintain a clinical caseload of up to 120 hours per month (30 hours per week) to include direct and indirect treatment and administrative activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Masters’s degree in a related field (Education, Psychology, Child Development, Social Work, or similar) — required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting individuals with specialized support needs.
- RBT credential preferred but not required (we offer training opportunities).
- Experience with DTT, NET and PRT
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain).
- Reliable transportation and Drivers Licence
