Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA at Behavior Genius, you will do more than write treatment plans — you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of therapy, mentoring the next generation of clinicians, and helping families feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices and aligned with our Inclusive Therapy Model.
Provide high-quality supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs, fostering accountability and professional growth.
Deliver parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization in homes and communities.
Collaborate across departments (Clinical, Scheduling, Intake, Family Services) to ensure smooth and family-centered care.
Track client outcomes and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
Uphold Behavior Genius’ commitment to compliance, ethics, and quality care.
Actively contribute to the growth of our clinical programs and participate in monthly parent webinars and community initiatives.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Current BCBA certification and state licensure (if applicable).
Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
Experience in supervision, coaching, and staff development.
